Return & Refund policy
We value our customers and have 100% purchase protection policy wherein you can return the product for any reason. You can ship it back to us within 7 days of purchase and get a full refund, considering the product purchased is in same condition as was delivered, tags intact.
To initiate your return process, please email us at email@example.com along with your order no. Our team will reply to you with instructions to proceed further.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although the refund will be processed from our side reasonably quickly (usually within 24 hours of receiving the product), your payment provider may take few days to credit the amount back to your card (or original method of payment).
Refunds during Sale Event:
Items purchased during the sale event, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping cost:
You (customer) will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping costs must be prepaid.
We can also provide you the return shipping label and deduct the amount from the final refund amount. Once you initiate the return process, we will revert to you with all the options.
